Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Head at MicroMitti. The Marketing Head will be responsible for a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our proptech platform, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech or proptech industries, along with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven professional who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and target market segments.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Lead brand development and positioning efforts to ensure consistency and differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identities that resonate with our target audience.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, sales presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Optimize digital campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and track ROI.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to define go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights key benefits and differentiators.
  • Create sales enablement tools and resources to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value propositions to customers.
  • Manage media relations and PR activities to enhance brand reputation and generate positive media coverage.
  • Develop and execute PR campaigns, press releases, thought leadership articles, and speaking opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and news to identify opportunities for proactive engagement and thought leadership.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the FinTech, proptech or real estate sectors.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
