Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Head at MicroMitti. The Marketing Head will be responsible for a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our proptech platform, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech or proptech industries, along with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven professional who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and target market segments.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Lead brand development and positioning efforts to ensure consistency and differentiation in the marketplace.
Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identities that resonate with our target audience.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, sales presentations, and promotional materials.
Drive digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Optimize digital campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and track ROI.
Collaborate with product management and development teams to define go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights key benefits and differentiators.
Create sales enablement tools and resources to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value propositions to customers.
Manage media relations and PR activities to enhance brand reputation and generate positive media coverage.
Develop and execute PR campaigns, press releases, thought leadership articles, and speaking opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and news to identify opportunities for proactive engagement and thought leadership.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the FinTech, proptech or real estate sectors.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
