Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer at Micro Mitti. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for driving operational excellence, overseeing the implementation of strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of our business objectives. You will work closely with the executive team to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and foster innovation in line with our company’s mission and values. The role will require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Monitor financial performance metrics and implement measures to optimize profitability and efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations across all departments, including technology, product development, marketing, and customer service.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to Proptech and Fintech sectors.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, vendors, and service providers to enhance our product offerings and market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, regulators, and other stakeholders to support the company’s growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the Proptech, Fintech, or related industries.
Strong understanding of financial markets, real estate, and technology trends.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
