We are looking for skilled and experienced Civil Engineers to join our team and oversee the execution of our landmark real estate projects, including CyberCity Indore, Indore Fintech Park, Selene Residential Tower, and Madhuvan—an award-winning architectural project.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Construction Management & Site Execution

• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) throughout the construction phases.

2. Project Planning & Timely Delivery

• Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks in project timelines and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory guidelines, safety norms, and environmental standards.

3. Structural & Technical Supervision

• Oversee the execution of foundation, concrete, steel, and structural work as per design specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and engineering standards.
• Work closely with the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and finishing teams to integrate all aspects of construction.

4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.
• Verify bills, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and work orders before approval.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

5. Compliance & Safety Management

• Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, environmental norms, and legal compliance.
• Implement and monitor workplace safety standards to prevent hazards and accidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate construction, civil engineering, or site management.
• Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering, RCC, steel structures, and finishing works.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or similar construction management tools.
• Familiarity with Indore’s building bylaws, regulatory approvals, and municipal norms.
• Ability to manage contractors, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and billing verification.
