Role Overview:
Micro Mitti is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and strategic growth support. The CA will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization while working closely with the CFO and executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
• Develop and implement effective financial control systems and policies.
• Support fundraising activities with accurate financial reports and data.
• Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Key Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Tally, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in real estate, Proptech, or investment management sectors preferred.
